Small menu but tasty.
Love their breakfast and dinner menu. Good not only for people staying at the Holiday Inn but also for anyone looking for good reasonably priced food.
Ordered beef sliders. Possibly the worst I’ve ever tasted. Made my friend vomit. Do not eat there.
Good enough. Though there's much tasty and less expensive options within walking distance.Nice stuff, convenient if say in holiday inn.
Good and filling, very convenient to our hotel... more than we could eat. Kids menu were very inexpensive and lots of food.
Brutal. Horrible service. Not friendly. Jonathan(?) (the server) just didn’t care about anything. Dirty tables. We had to ask for cutlery, when it was brought to us the server just dumped in on the table and said they were out of clean napkins. We asked for water twice and never got it. The dishes arrived incomplete. Very blend taste. Don’t waste your time and money.
Terrible. Only saving quality was a decent drink. Food is bland and overpriced. Menu is a sheet of paper on a broken clipboard with dried food stuck on it. Wait staff had personality of a doorknob.
Service was fantastic, food looked great BUT trust what others are saying, the food is not that great. Red Robin is better...
Average breakfast. Long waiting lines to be seated and to order. 30 minutes to get breakfast
This place was excellent! Food was absolutely delicious. After a long flight, driving in horrible traffic through Seattle, and the gps taking us to a residential area instead of our hotel my husband and I were tired, irritable and hungry and this was the only place close enough to walk to. The staff were very friendly and even though it was almost closing time we never felt rushed. Our waitress was an Asian woman.. Junko? was one of the nicest waitresses we’ve ever had. My husband is a picky eater and he loved it. It was a nice end to a stressful day❤️
Terrible service
Excellent service and great food.
I'm not young and everything else is a good walk.
This is not a small place right next to the hotel I stayed a few times. Convenient for travellers. West coast style, semi formal with a bar (not a fast food place). I really like their burgers, well made. The BBQ burger tastes so good, I would have it every time, if not due to the high calories. The mushroom and onions burger is great too, with the crisply browned onions, one of my favorite.
Service sucked food was worse
Visited 6 times in 2 years.Good food, friendly service and convinience.Thumbs up for 5star burgers.Price was also resonable for hotel restaurant.
Food was ok but service was horrible! The waitress, yes it was a woman didn't come to take my order until I was there for 15 minutes, as soon as she came I ordered and asked for tea, no tea was brought to me, I had to ask someone else to bring it, waited about an hour for my food and when she brought it, no silverware, the couple by me had the same bad service too, they said they won't be back, Same here!
Allows their delivery drivers to block the bike lane.
My server, Carly, sucked at her job. She was very rude and took forever to take my order. The rest of the servers seemed respectful but this server has been the worst server I have ever had in my life. The worst part was that as she gave us our food, i saw a booger fall out of her nose and fall on my plate of fries. Supposedly she is a supervisor but she definitely isnt fit for the job. The food was well prepared, so nice job to the chef or whoever cooked my food... never going here again. Complete disgust.
EXTREMELY slow service.
Stayed in Holiday inn, and wanted to get something to eat quick. The food is less than average. Should have gone to another place instead.
Nice restaurant, a bit overpriced for what you get. Montecristo chicken was tasty, though lacking in size.
It's a nicer restaurant, for a Holiday Inn.
Cheap. Limitted menu options. Greasy food. Much better options a short walk away. Give it a miss.
Good spot to get a late night dinner if you just arrived at the holiday inn. I was sick on that day but still enjoyed their burger.
This hotel has the most friendly & helpful staff I’ve met in awhile. It’s refreshing to be greeted with such kindness after traveling for 15 hours. As someone who has worked in customer service for 8 years, I commend their staff and dedication to serving the public.
It's a ok nothing too spectacular but it's good if you're at the holiday inn.
Literally worst breakfast we've ever had. I would not eat this for free. Both me and my husband we're shocked that would serve micro wave breakfast potato, and near raw bacon. My three egg omelette had two pieces of spinach and one mushroom. How are they still in business? Our friends ate there also because they were connected to holiday in, and had an even worse experience. What a shame.
We came up from Portland for a football game and we had breakfast here both days we were in town. Great food, great prices and even better service! Shalley was the best!!! Thank you! We will definitely be back next time we come to Seattle.
The Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, no bun, was delicious. I had decided to try this place out, since I didn’t feel like venturing around town and it is located right at the hotel I stayed at. Might have been able to find the same quality food elsewhere, but I would expect to pay more.
The food and drinks are 4 star but the service is 2 star. I'll meet in the middle with 3 stars. The waitress was nice and all but not very attentive. We ordered the Bang Bang Calamari, it never arrived. The Salmon BLT was awesome, the Citrus Salmon was good, and the brownies were good. The Mai Tao and Mack Jack beer was good.
Excellent service
Early risers or night owls can get a great meal here at the Emerald Grill! A great addition to the Holiday Inn Downtown for us traveling folks! The serving staff is friendly!! You get fast service and hot food! Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: Get to Dexter Street and eat at the Emerald Grill when in Downtown Seattle!
Delightfully welcoming! Great experience! Great service, and magnificent food!
Stopped in here one evening with the family for a late dinner. My 10-yo son commented on how good the kids meal was! For the other meals, there was nothing to complain about, but nothing outstanding either. The ambiance was ok, but the service was very good. Food came out in good time and the waiter looked after us well.
The food and service was horrible. I am very specific as to what I want, i stayed at the express hotel, which was amazing buy please don't associate them with the restaurant cause they were horrible
Decent food, next door to holiday inn
I have never had such horrible service. 30 minutes and I had to ask for a drink and when my food would be ready! 45 min and no response!
If I could give zero stars, i would. My family and I spent over and hour and a half simply waiting on our food, which was not even that great. I would suggest not coming here unless you have two hours to spare.
Understaffed and extremely slow service. The only restaurant in the area but don't expect good service or good food.
Good food with good price. Decent customer service.
Phenomenal wait service!! Great experience.
Great location, food is good, price is good.
The burger are Huge and delicious. What ever is on special is amazing if its the fajitas, meat loaf, chimichangas, or enchiladas. Of course if its packed restaurant there can be some wait on your food. My complimants to chef Aurora, and Junco our server who was attentive and so polite. The best service & food we have ever had!
Be careful the tater tot appetizer plate is enough for a lot of people
Went for my birthday.. lame!! There food is soaked in grease.. my wife couldn't when finish her meal... Gross and not worth the time and the waitress didn't even come check on us once we started eating.. Sorry but bad service and worse food..
Good variety of breakfast options, reasonable prices, friendly service.
We didn't actually get to eat here because we stood waiting for over five minutes just to be acknowledged (which we never were, nor the people in front of us), let alone seated or served. So they get a big fail for service in my book
James is an excellent server! Good portions are big for the price. Definitely kid-friendly. Came from Vancouver BC Canada and recommend all travelers to visit this wonderful restaurant!
This is located right beside the Holiday Inn Downtown Seattle where we stayed. We ended up eating breakfast here after scouring downtown for 90 minutes looking for cheap eats. The prices are very reasonable (ham, sausage and bacon sliders for less than $10!) and the food tastes great. However, it may take a while for your order to arrive.
